Training and Placement Cell of Shri Sant Gadge Baba College of Engineering and Technology not only acts as a facilitator for various training and placement activities but also works towards overall skill, personality development of every individual. Our passionate team members work with a single motive for upgrading the student’s skills and personality to put our budding engineers in better phase of life with quality placement with excellent packages thus serving their family, society and play a small pivotal role in Nation development. To keep pace with Industry, diversity of career and skills are essential. Regular one-on-one counselling is done for betterment of students facing difficulties in diverse rounds of interviews. We believe in strengthening Industry – Institute collaborations to create meaningful relationship for us as well as our students in global job markets. We make sure opportunities for Start-Ups, Entrepreneurship, Government Jobs preparations as well as higher education supporting our Nation development vision. Students’ skills are enhanced through several assorted training sessions that include technical, aptitude, verbal, personality development sessions demonstrating effective communication and soft skills.
