Welcome to Department of Civil Engineering.

The Civil Engineering Department is accredited by National Board of Accreditation, New Delhi and has excellent infrastructure for teaching, research and consultancy services.

Along with its full time Under Graduate program in Civil Engineering, department offers full time Post Graduate Program in ‘Construction Technology and Management’. Department admits 90 students every year in the B.TECH. Program (UG) and 18 students in the M.TECH. program (PG).This department has a complement of highly qualified, dynamic and dedicated faculty. Majority of the faculty have rich experience in academics.

Department has its own well established laboratories as per A.I.C.T.E norms. The available major equipments are Digital Compression testing machine, digital UTM, NDT tests, Total Station , Digital Planimeter , EDM and GPS etc.

The Material Testing lab of department is an I.S.O 9001-2015 certified one. The department regularly carries out consultancy work for the Central Government, Semi-Government, Private sectors and Industries as well.

Students of Civil Engineering Department have secured top position in the NMU Jalgaon and Dr.Babasaheb Aambedkar Technological University, Lonere with total 7 gold medals and second positions .Students graduated from the department are well placed in many reputed companies.

The vision of the department is to give an exposure to budding Civil technocrats to various challenges in the profession. Many of our alumni hold prestigious positions in leading academic institutions, industry and Government sectors.
