SHORT MOVIES are a vibrant art form in their own right, and a great way to develop your filmmaking skills and make your creative mark. Here's where we serve up some of the finest advice and inspiration for those of you keeping it short and sweet. Here you need to apply tour imagination skills to potrait the real life facts in short period of time.

Rules
• Each film must be based on this NEW theme: ‘SOCIAL, COMEDY, ETC.
• Your film must be about how or why movies matter and include a reference to film not piracy or its impact.
• Be creative with the theme, you can include it in your film as a spoken line, in the background, as a caption or in some other way.
• Each film must be no longer than 15 minutes Opening and/or closing credits are required and minimum of 5 min.
• Films may be in MARATHI, HINDI, & ENGLISH language or have dialogue at all.
• Ensure that all content in your film including footage, music, images, props, etc. is your own. If you include any copyrighted content, the short movie committee reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any project. Entries containing any unauthorized content will be disqualified.
• All entries must be submitted at College venue to the short film event coordinator only.
• If any Adult content found in the movie then movie will be disqualified.
• Maximum 2 member in team,
• The submitted short movie should have at least 720p of resolution.
• The film should be produced after 01/01/2016.
• The short movie committee reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any project.
• The movie must be independently produced and financed. Film produced developed by major film studio or T.V network will not be considered as eligible.
